Mochilero Ostello Terms & Conditions

1. Booking and Reservation

1.1. All bookings are subject to availability.
1.2. Reservations can be made online, via email, or phone. Full payment may be required at the time of booking to secure your spot.
1.3. Bookings must be confirmed with a 50% deposit, refundable as per the cancellation policy below.

2. Check-in/Check-out Policy

2.1. Check-in time is from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Early or late check-ins may be accommodated based on availability, but prior notification is required.
2.2. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-outs may be available for an additional charge, subject to room availability.
2.3. Guests must present valid photo identification (Passport, Aadhaar, Driver’s License, etc.) upon check-in.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

3.1. For individual bookings, cancellations made:

• Up to 7 days prior to check-in: Full refund.
• 3 to 6 days prior to check-in: 50% refund.
• Less than 3 days prior to check-in: No refund.

3.2. For group bookings (5 or more guests), cancellations made:

• Up to 14 days prior to check-in: Full refund.
• 7 to 13 days prior to check-in: 50% refund.
• Less than 7 days prior to check-in: No refund.

4. Guest Responsibilities

4.1. Guests are expected to respect hostel rules and other guests. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
4.2. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.
4.3. Pets are allowed only with prior confirmation from the management. An additional cleaning fee may apply.
4.4. Alcohol consumption is allowed only in communal areas. Excessive noise, unruly behavior, or property damage may lead to eviction without a refund.

5. Hostel Facilities

5.1. Use of communal facilities such as kitchen, lounge, and game areas are available for all guests but should be used with care and cleaned after use.
5.2. Wi-Fi is available free of charge, but Mochilero Ostello is not responsible for any internet service interruptions.
5.3. Laundry services are available for an additional fee. Please inquire at reception.

6. Liability

6.1. Mochilero Ostello is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings during the stay. Lockers are provided, and it is recommended that guests secure their valuables.
6.2. The hostel is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or delays due to personal negligence or forces beyond its control (weather, natural calamities, etc.).
6.3. Guests will be held responsible for any damages caused to hostel property during their stay. Repair or replacement charges will be added to the guest’s bill.

7. Payment Policy

7.1. We accept cash and selected digital payment methods like – UPI , Bank Transfer, PayPal etc.) and also you can pay using our payment gateway.
7.2. All prices listed are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

8. Right of Admission

8.1. Mochilero Ostello reserves the right to refuse entry or cancel bookings without refund in cases where guests fail to follow the terms and conditions, engage in illegal activities, or pose a risk to the safety and comfort of other guests.

9. Changes to Terms

9.1. Mochilero Ostello reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and communicated to guests where applicable.
