When Is the Best Time to Visit Yuksom to Dzongri Trek?

Dzongri Trek: The best season for trekking in this region is from the middle of March to the middle of June. After that, another good time is in the autumn, from mid-September to late November.

If you want to go trekking in this region, you should avoid going during the monsoon season, which lasts from the end of June to the middle of September, because the trail becomes slippery and muddy. Landslides and loose rocks are also common during this season, causing approaching roads to become impassable.
